Build A Better Booty With These 3 Moves

By now you know that the hip trust is my favourite booty building exercise of all time. But here’s two more that I like to incorporate regularly into my training splits. Try them at your next workout and let me know if you felt the burn.

Hip Thrust

High Step Ups

Walking Lunge

Do these three exercises as a circuit, starting with the hip thrusts and ending with the walking lunges. Do 15 reps per exercise if you’re focusing on conditioning and 6 to 10 reps per exercise if you’re using heavier weights. Repeat this circuit 3 to 5 times.
