Why did you join The Kaizen Transformation System?
I always wanted to have a six-pack and to live a healthy lifestyle but never really committed to do so. I saw one of my friends did the Kaizen Transformation 12 week coaching program and thought well if he can do it so can I. That’s when I decide to give the Kaizen Transformation System a go and it paid off.
What has happened on the program so far?
I’m 27 years old and I use to train 5 days a week without seeing the results I wanted. In the 12 weeks on the Kaizen Transformation System I lost 15.5% body fat and gained 5.9 kilos of lean muscle mass.
What, if anything, almost kept you from starting the program?
Giving up my takeaway meals and drinking and partying with friends I though I had to give this up. But the breakaway meal each week was awesome. Throughout the program I never had to starve myself to death I just had to eat the right foods.
How was your 12 week experience and why?
It was awesome!! Eating healthy and working out and seeing that it actually made a difference to my physique. The weekly feedback and motivation from the team was awesome and that motivated me because I could see that I was losing body fat week after week and I knew what I was doing was working I just had to commit and keep doing it.
Is there anything else you’d like to add?
I’d definitely recommend The Kaizen Transformation System. There’s always someone to talk to and ask questions.
I got feedback on how I was doing with my workouts and the meal plan is designed to get me results, all I needed to do was follow it.
This makes life so much easier and all I needed to do was look at my results to have full confidence that the diet and workouts have been worked out to get me a little closer to my goal every day.
Consistency pays off. I am 100 % confident that the tools I have learned from this program will help me to maintain my results and I am so thankful that I have done this program and could learn all this knowledge.
